Zur Abgabe kommt dieser wunderschöne und doch auch seltene Höfner 500/1 Violin Bass aus dem Jahre 1965 mit den berühmten Höfner Franz Pix 511B Staple „Nova Sonic“ Tonabnehmer, wie Sie auch dieser eine berühmte Musiker auf seinem Bass hat, weswegen sehr sehr viele Musiker so einen Bass haben möchten. Weshalb ist dies jetzt ein seltener Bass? Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Transition Model mit den schmalen Tonabnehmer Rahmen wie beim 1964er Model, aber schon dem breiten Control Panel wie bei den späteren 1965 Model. Daher ist dies hier ein ganz frühes 1965er Model, dass noch 1964 gebaut wurde. Der 500/1 hat von mir eine vollständige Restaurierung bekommen und glänzt in einem sehr guten allgemein Zustand.
Der 500/1 ist von 1965! Entsprechend hat Er Gebrauchsspuren! Es finden sich Macken, Dings und Dongs, Kratzer und Risse an Headstock, Body und den Teilen. Drei von Vier Spulen der Tonabnehmer wurden von mir neu gewickelt. Von mir gewickelte Tonabnehmer sind authentisch. Ich verwende den gleichen Draht-Typ; dasselbe Tape und Kreppmaterial; die gleiche Windungsrichtung; selbe Windungsanzahl; gleiche Zusammenbautechnik – Es gibt keinen hörbaren Unterschied zu einem Original. Alle Tonabnehmer funktionieren, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. Der Bass hat keinen Neck Reset benötigt und hat noch eine sehr flache Saitenlage
Der Violin Bass hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Der Lack wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden zerlegt, gereinigt, poliert und neu geschmiert sowie jede einzelne Schraube. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt und auf Erdung geprüft. Jedes einzelne Bauteil zerlegt, überprüft, gereinigt und aufpoliert. Der Hals eingestellt für eine super Saitenlage, Griffbrett gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und Geschliffen. Keine Neubundierung erforderlich. Der 500/1 ist Bundrein und eingestellt.

Generelle Information:
Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Vintage Instrument. Die Zustand Beschreibung entspricht dieser, wenn Ihr zu mir in den Laden kommt und das Instrument direkt mitnehmen würdet. Durch die Temperaturgradiente beim Versand mit Luftfracht, kann es zu Änderungen am Zustand des Instrumentes kommen. z.B. Celluloid Schlagbretter könnten reißen oder schrumpfen durch die Spannung. Ebenfalls könnten Tonabnehmer durch die Draht Ausdehnung und Schrumpfung Ihre Funktion durch lösen der Lotstellen verlieren. Ich bin bei Reklamationen sehr entgegenkommend, aber bitte beachtet dieses und erwartet bitte kein Neuinstrument.

Up for sale is this beautiful and rare Höfner 500/1 Violin Bass from 1965 with the famous Höfner Franz Pix 511B Staple „Nova Sonic“ pickup, which this famous musician has on his bass, which is why so many musicians want a bass like this. Why is this a rare bass? It is a transition model with the narrow pickup frame sorounds like the 1964 model, but the wide control panel like the later 1965 model. Therefore, this is a very early 1965 model that was built in 1964. I completely restored the 500/1 and shines in a very good general condition.
The 500/1 is from 1965! It shows signs of use! There are blemishes, dings and dongs, scratches and cracks on the headstock, body and parts. Three of the four coils of the pickups were rewound by me. Pickups I have rewound are authentic. I use the same type of wire; the same tape and crepe material; the same direction of winding; same number of turns; Same assembly technique – there is no audible difference to an original. All pickups work, as well as every switch and potentiometer. There was no need for a neck reset and the bass has a great low string action with the new Pyramid 640 „Vintage 63“ flatwound strings that are strung on it.
I gave the violin bass a comprehensive overhaul. I thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and polished the paintwork. Mechanics were disassembled, cleaned, polished and re-lubricated as well as every single screw. All electrical system treated, cleaned and checked for grounding. Every single component is disassembled, checked, cleaned and polished. The neck is adjusted for good string action, the fretboard is cleaned, dressed, oiled and sanded. No refret required. The 500/1 is octave clean and setuped.

Information:
It is a vintage instrument. The condition description corresponds to this when you come to me in the shop and would take the instrument directly with you. The temperature gradient when shipping with air freight can lead to changes in the condition of the instrument. e.g. Celluloid pickguard could tear or shrink due to tension. Likewise, pickups due to the wire expansion and shrinkage could lose their function by loosening the solder points. I am very accommodating with complaints, but please note this and do not expect a new instrument.
Please look closely at the pictures and ask as many questions as possible if something is unclear. Prefer a few more questions than to have the surprise afterwards. The shipment is securely packed.
