Zur Abgabe kommt ein wunderschöner super erhaltener Höfner 182 shortscale bass aus dem Jahre 1968 in toller Sunburst Lackierung und leichten 2,6kg. Ausgestattet mit den berühmten Franz Pix 511b „Nova Sonic“ Staple Pickups. Natürlich liefert dieser Bass den typisch spritzigen 182 sound – Einer der letzten, bevor dann auf die 513b Blade Tonabnehmer gewechselt wurde. Besonders an diesem Bass ist das Höfner Logo auf dem Korpus – Das gab es nicht sehr häufig!
Der 182 ist von 1968! Es finden sich trotz des Alters dennoch Gebrauchsspuren auf Lack, Hardware und Kunststoff. Der Lack hat einen unglaublich tollen glanz sowohl an Hals und Korpus. Auch ds schwarze Celluloid Schlagbrett glänzt wieder sehr schön nach der Restaurierung. Allgemein hat der Bass einen tollen Zustand, abgesehen von den üblichen Gebrauchsspuren. Beide Tonabnehmer wurden von mir neu gewickelt. Von mir gewickelte Tonabnehmer sind authentisch. Ich verwende den gleichen Draht-Typ; dasselbe Tape und Kreppmaterial; die gleiche Windungsrichtung; selbe Windungsanzahl; gleiche Zusammenbautechnik – Es gibt keinen hörbaren Unterschied zu einem Original. Alle Tonabnehmer funktionieren, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. Die Elektronik ist Original. Der Hals ist gerade, abgerichtet und eingestellt.
Der 182 hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Der Lack wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden gereinigt, poliert und neu geschmiert. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt, geprüft und auf Erdung kontrolliert. Jedes einzelne Bauteil zerlegt, überprüft, gereinigt und aufpoliert. Der Hals eingestellt für eine gute Saitenlage. Griffbrett und Bünde gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und geschliffen. Der 182 ist Bundrein und eingestellt.

Generelle Information:
Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Vintage Instrument. Die Zustand Beschreibung entspricht dieser, wenn Ihr zu mir in den Laden kommt und das Instrument direkt mitnehmen würdet. Durch die Temperaturgradiente beim Versand mit Luftfracht, kann es zu Änderungen am Zustand des Instrumentes kommen. z.B. Celluloid Schlagbretter könnten reißen oder schrumpfen durch die Spannung. Ebenfalls könnten Tonabnehmer durch die Draht Ausdehnung und Schrumpfung Ihre Funktion durch lösen der Lotstellen verlieren. Ich bin bei Reklamationen sehr entgegenkommend, aber bitte beachtet dieses und erwartet bitte kein Neuinstrument.

Up for sale is a beautiful, superbly preserved Höfner 182 short-scale bass from 1968 in a stunning sunburst finish and weighing a mere 2.6 kg. It’s equipped with the famous Franz Pix 511b „Nova Sonic“ staple pickups. Naturally, this bass delivers the typical lively 182 sound – one of the last before the switch to the 513b Blade pickups. A special feature of this bass is the Höfner logo on the body – a rare find!
This 182 is from 1968! Despite its age, there are some signs of wear on the finish, hardware, and plastic parts. The finish has an incredibly beautiful shine on both the neck and body. The black celluloid pickguard also shines beautifully after restoration. Overall, the bass is in great condition, aside from the usual signs of use. both pickups are rewound by me. Pickups I have rewound are authentic. I use the same type of wire; the same tape and crepe material; the same direction of winding; same number of turns; Same assembly technique – there is no audible difference to an original. All pickups work, as well as every switch and potentiometer. The electronics are original. The neck is straight, dressed and adjusted.
I gave the 182 a comprehensive overhaul. I cleaned, disinfected and polished the varnish thoroughly. The mechanics were cleaned, polished and re-lubricated. All the electrics were treated, cleaned, checked and checked for grounding. Every single component was disassembled, checked, cleaned and polished. The neck was adjusted for a good string action. The fretboard and frets were cleaned, treated, oiled and sanded. The 182 is fret-clean and setuped.

Information:
It is a vintage instrument. The condition description corresponds to this when you come to me in the shop and would take the instrument directly with you. The temperature gradient when shipping with air freight can lead to changes in the condition of the instrument. e.g. Celluloid pickguard could tear or shrink due to tension. Likewise, pickups due to the wire expansion and shrinkage could lose their function by loosening the solder points. I am very accommodating with complaints, but please note this and do not expect a new instrument.
Please look closely at the pictures and ask as many questions as possible if something is unclear. Prefer a few more questions than to have the surprise afterwards. The shipment is securely packed.
