Mal wieder was selten schönes – Die neben der Bass Version hochbegehrte damalige Tele Variante von Höfner aus dem Jahr 1973 in einem wunderschön vergilbten Creme. Natürlich ein unschlagbares Rockbrett mit den zwei Höfner Blade Tonabnehmern, hinzukommt eine super Saitenlage und ein wahnsinnig geiles Sustain was die Gitarre abliefert. Ehrlich gesagt, man steckt sie in den Verstärker und hört nicht mehr auf zu spielen – Selten das mich eine Gitarre so lange fesselt und ein so tolles Spielgefühl abliefert. Die Töne singen richtig und hatte ich das schon mit dem langen Sustain erwähnt 😉
Die 175 II ist von 1973! Entsprechend hat Sie Gebrauchsspuren! Es finden sich Macken, Dings und Dongs, Kratzer und Risse an Headstock, Body und den Teilen. Das Schlagbrett war am ende des unteren Cutaway gebrochen und habe ich wieder geklebt. Ebenso hat ein Vorbesitzer einmal den Steg Pickup getauscht gehabt und dafür das Pickguard etwas erweitert. Ich habe wieder einen Blade Pickup eingesetzt und in den Hals eine spätere Höfner Blade Variante. Der Steg Tonabnehmer wurde von mir neu gewickelt. Von mir gewickelte Tonabnehmer sind authentisch. Ich verwende den gleichen Draht-Typ; dasselbe Tape und Kreppmaterial; die gleiche Windungsrichtung; selbe Windungsanzahl; gleiche Zusammenbautechnik – Es gibt keinen hörbaren Unterschied zu einem Original. Alle Tonabnehmer funktionieren, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. Bünde haben nur minimal Abrichtung erfordert und eine super Saitenlage ist eingestellt. Der 3-Wege Schalter ist eine Schwachstelle an diesen Gitarren und wurde in der Vergangenheit durch einen Switchcraft Style 3 Wege Toggle Switch ersetzt.
Die 175 II hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Der Lack wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden zerlegt, gereinigt, poliert und neu geschmiert sowie jede einzelne Schraube. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt und auf Erdung geprüft. Jedes einzelne Bauteil zerlegt, überprüft, gereinigt und aufpoliert. Der Hals eingestellt für eine super Saitenlage, Griffbrett gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und Geschliffen. Keine Neubundierung erforderlich. Gitarre ist Bundrein und eingestellt.

Generelle Information:
Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Vintage Instrument. Die Zustand Beschreibung entspricht dieser, wenn Ihr zu mir in den Laden kommt und das Instrument direkt mitnehmen würdet. Durch die Temperaturgradiente beim Versand mit Luftfracht, kann es zu Änderungen am Zustand des Instrumentes kommen. z.B. Celluloid Schlagbretter könnten reißen oder schrumpfen durch die Spannung. Ebenfalls könnten Tonabnehmer durch die Draht Ausdehnung und Schrumpfung Ihre Funktion durch lösen der Lotstellen verlieren. Ich bin bei Reklamationen sehr entgegenkommend, aber bitte beachtet dieses und erwartet bitte kein Neuinstrument.

Here’s something truly special – the highly sought-after Telecaster variant from Höfner, dating back to 1973 (alongside the bass version), in a beautifully aged cream finish. Naturally, it’s an unbeatable rock machine with its two Höfner Blade pickups, plus superb action and incredibly awesome sustain. Honestly, you plug it in and you just can’t stop playing – it’s rare for a guitar to captivate me for so long and offer such a fantastic playing experience. The notes really sing, and did I mention the long sustain? 😉
This 175 II is from 1973! Accordingly, it shows signs of wear. There are nicks, dents, scratches, and cracks on the headstock, body, and other parts. The pickguard was broken at the end of the lower cutaway, which I’ve glued back together. Also, a previous owner replaced the bridge pickup and slightly widened the pickguard to accommodate it. I’ve reinstalled a Blade pickup and a later Höfner Blade variant in the neck position. I rewound the bridge pickup myself. Pickups rewound by me are authentic. I use the same type of wire, the same tape and crepe material, the same winding direction, the same number of turns, and the same assembly technique – there’s no audible difference from an original. All pickups work, as do every switch and potentiometer. The frets required only minimal dressing and the action is perfectly low set. The 3-way switch is a weak point on these guitars and was replaced in the past with a Switchcraft-style 3-way toggle switch.
The 175 II received a complete overhaul from me. The finish was thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and polished. The tuners were disassembled, cleaned, polished, and relubricated, as was every single screw. All the electronics were treated, cleaned, and tested for grounding. Every single component was disassembled, inspected, cleaned, and polished. The neck has been set up for optimal string action, the fretboard cleaned, treated, oiled, and sanded. No refretting is necessary. The guitar is perfectly intonated and set up.

Information:
It is a vintage instrument. The condition description corresponds to this when you come to me in the shop and would take the instrument directly with you. The temperature gradient when shipping with air freight can lead to changes in the condition of the instrument. e.g. Celluloid pickguard could tear or shrink due to tension. Likewise, pickups due to the wire expansion and shrinkage could lose their function by loosening the solder points. I am very accommodating with complaints, but please note this and do not expect a new instrument.
Please look closely at the pictures and ask as many questions as possible if something is unclear. Prefer a few more questions than to have the surprise afterwards. The shipment is securely packed.
