Zur Abgabe kommt eine schöne Höfner 172 in Rot Vinyl mit dem berühmten Franz pix 510 Diamond Pickups aus dem Jahre 1964. Der Allgemeinzustand der Gitarre ist nach der Restaurierung ist sehr gut.
Die 172 ist von 1964! Es finden sich trotz des Alters dennoch Gebrauchsspuren auf Vinyl, Hardware und Kunststoff. Das Vinyl ist in einem sehr guten Zustand – Nirgends gerissen und liegt auch überall sauber an. Das Binding liegt ebenfalls ringsherum am Korpus an. Das Schlagbrett ist Rissfrei und hat einen sehr schönen Tiefen Schwarzen Glanz. Die Beschriftung auf dem Control Panel ist stellenweise noch gut leserlich, zeigt aber Abnutzungen. Alle Tonabnehmer funktionieren und sind im original Zustand, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. Die Elektronik ist Original. Hals ist gerade und benötigt so gut wie keine Trussrod einstellung, ist also noch sehr viel Spiel für später. Bünde wurden abgerichtet, eine Neubundierung ist nicht nötig.
Die 173 hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Das Vinyl wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden gereinigt und neu geschmiert. Vibrato zerlegt, gereinigt und neu geschmiert. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt und geprüft. Der Hals eingestellt für eine gute Saitenlage. Griffbrett und Bünde gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und Geschliffen. Die 172 ist Bundrein und eingestellt.

Up for sale ist this beautiful Höfner 172 in red vinyl with the famous Franz pix 510 diamond pickups from 1964. The general condition of the guitar is very good after the restoration.
The 172 is from 1964! Despite the age, there are still traces of use on vinyl, hardware and plastic. The vinyl is in very good condition – nowhere torn and is clean everywhere. The binding is also all around the body. The pickguard is crack-free and has a very nice deep black sheen. The lettering on the control panel is still legible in places, but shows signs of wear. All pickups work and are in their original condition, as well as every switch and potentiometer. The electronics are original. The neck is straight and needs almost no truss rod adjustment, so there is still a lot of space for later. Frets have been dressed, a refret is not necessary.
I gave the 173 a major overhaul. I thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and polished the vinyl. Mechanisms have been cleaned and re-lubricated. Vibrato disassembled, cleaned and re-lubricated. All electrics treated, cleaned and checked. The neck adjusted for good action. Fretboard and frets cleaned, treated, oiled and sanded. The 172 is octave clean and setuped.
The guitar is ready to roll!
