Zur Abgabe kommt dieser wunderschöne Höfner 500/1 Violin Bass aus dem Jahre 1965 mit den berühmten Höfner Franz Pix 511B Staple „Nova Sonic“ Tonabnehmer, wie Sie auch dieser eine berühmte Musiker auf seinem Bass hat, weswegen sehr sehr viele Musiker so einen Bass haben möchten. Der 500/1 hat von mir eine vollständige Restaurierung bekommen und ist bereit loszurocken. An diesem Bass gefällt mir besonders die Färbung der Sunburst Lackierung, nicht zu dunkel, nicht zu hell und mit den Abnutzungen ein tolles Bild von einem Bass, dem man das Alter ansieht, aber absolut gepflegt aussieht. Toll und selten finde ich auch, dass nicht zu stark abgerundete Griffbrettende – Das gab es nicht lange und zeigt somit, dass dies ein ganz früher 1965 Bass ist.
Der 500/1 ist von 1965! Entsprechend hat Er Gebrauchsspuren! Es finden sich Macken, Dings und Dongs, Kratzer und Risse an Headstock, Body und den Teilen. Das Schlagbrett ist eine authentische Replika gefertigt von mir – Hergestellt aus echtem Celluloiud, wie es damals auch verwendet wurde, kopiert von einem original Schlagbrett. Der Steg Tonabnehmer wurde von mir neu gewickelt. Von mir gewickelte Tonabnehmer sind authentisch. Ich verwende den gleichen Draht-Typ; dasselbe Tape und Kreppmaterial; die gleiche Windungsrichtung; selbe Windungsanzahl; gleiche Zusammenbautechnik – Es gibt keinen hörbaren Unterschied zu einem Original. Alle Tonabnehmer funktionieren, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. Der Bass hat in der Vergangenheit einen Neck-Reset bekommen. Bünde sind im original Zustand und haben noch genug Material.
Der Violin Bass hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Der Lack wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden zerlegt, gereinigt, poliert und neu geschmiert sowie jede einzelne Schraube. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt und auf Erdung geprüft. Jedes einzelne Bauteil zerlegt, überprüft, gereinigt und aufpoliert. Der Hals eingestellt für eine super Saitenlage, Griffbrett gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und Geschliffen. Keine Neubundierung erforderlich. Der 500/1 ist Bundrein und eingestellt.

Generelle Information:
Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Vintage Instrument. Die Zustand Beschreibung entspricht dieser, wenn Ihr zu mir in den Laden kommt und das Instrument direkt mitnehmen würdet. Durch die Temperaturgradiente beim Versand mit Luftfracht, kann es zu Änderungen am Zustand des Instrumentes kommen. z.B. Celluloid Schlagbretter könnten reißen oder schrumpfen durch die Spannung. Ebenfalls könnten Tonabnehmer durch die Draht Ausdehnung und Schrumpfung Ihre Funktion durch lösen der Lotstellen verlieren. Ich bin bei Reklamationen sehr entgegenkommend, aber bitte beachtet dieses und erwartet bitte kein Neuinstrument.

Up for sale is this beautiful Höfner 500/1 Violin Bass from 1965 with the famous Höfner Franz Pix 511B Staple „Nova Sonic“ pickup, like the one this famous musician has on his bass, which is why a lot of musicians have such a bass want. The 500/1 has received a complete restoration from me and is ready to rock. What I particularly like about this bass is the color of the sunburst finish, not too dark, not too light and with the wear and tear it’s a great picture of a bass that shows its age but looks absolutely well cared for. I also think it’s great and rare that the end of the fingerboard is not too rounded – this wasn’t around for long and shows that this is a very early 1965 bass.
The 500/1 is from 1965! Accordingly, it has signs of wear! There are quirks, dings and dongs, scratches and cracks on the headstock, body and the parts. The pickguard is an authentic replica made by me – made from real Celluloid as it was used back then, copied from an original pickguard. The bridge pickup was rewound by me. Pickups I have rewound are authentic. I use the same type of wire; the same tape and crepe material; the same direction of winding; same number of turns; Same assembly technique – there is no audible difference to an original. All pickups work, as well as every switch and potentiometer. The bass has had a neck reset in the past. Frets are in original condition and still have enough material.
I gave the violin bass a comprehensive overhaul. I thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and polished the paintwork. Mechanics were disassembled, cleaned, polished and re-lubricated as well as every single screw. All electrical system treated, cleaned and checked for grounding. Every single component is disassembled, checked, cleaned and polished. The neck is adjusted for great string action, the fingerboard is cleaned, treated, oiled and sanded. No refret required. The 500/1 is clean and setuped.

Information:
It is a vintage instrument. The condition description corresponds to this when you come to me in the shop and would take the instrument directly with you. The temperature gradient when shipping with air freight can lead to changes in the condition of the instrument. e.g. Celluloid pickguard could tear or shrink due to tension. Likewise, pickups due to the wire expansion and shrinkage could lose their function by loosening the solder points. I am very accommodating with complaints, but please note this and do not expect a new instrument.
Please look closely at the pictures and ask as many questions as possible if something is unclear. Prefer a few more questions than to have the surprise afterwards. The shipment is securely packed.
