Mal wieder etwas seltenes geiles – Nicht oft gefertigt, nicht oft gesehen, ein must have in der Sammlung! Eine Höfner 188 Baritone E-Gitarre im schönen Vinyl Rot. Ausgestattet mit den fantastischen Höfner Franz Pix Nova Sonic 511 Staple Pickups und bestückt mit neuen Pyramid Flatwound Baritone Saiten. Die darf auch nur gehen, weil Sie nicht solid Rot ist, sonst würde Sie fest bei mir bleiben.
Die 188 ist von 1964! Entsprechend hat Sie Gebrauchsspuren! Es finden sich trotz des Alters dennoch Gebrauchsspuren auf Vinyl, Hardware und Kunststoff. Das Vinyl ist in einem sehr guten Zustand – Nirgends gerissen und liegt nahezu überall an. Auf der Rückseite findet sich eine kleine Stelle, wo das Vinyl ein Loch hat, sollte auf den Bildern gut zu sehen sein. Das Binding liegt ebenfalls ringsherum am Korpus an und hat keine Beschädigungen bis auf eine geklebte Stelle auf der Oberseite. Das seltene Celuloid Schlagbrett hat Abnutzungen und Gebrauchsspuren, ist aber noch super erhalten und ist Rissfrei. Die Beschriftung auf dem Schlagbrett ist noch teils gut leserlich. Die Tonabnehmer sind im Originalzustand. Alle Tonabnehmer funktionieren, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. Die Elektronik ist Original. Die Bünde haben noch gut Material und eine Neubundierung ist noch nicht erforderlich. Der Hals ist gerade und spielt sich Traumhaft
Die 188 hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Das Vinyl wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden zerlegt, gereinigt, poliert und neu geschmiert. Vibrato zerlegt, aufbereitet und neu geschmiert. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt, geprüft und auf Erdung kontrolliert. Der Hals eingestellt für eine super Saitenlage. Griffbrett und Bünde abgerichtet, gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und Geschliffen. Die 188 ist Bundrein und eingestellt für eine B E A D F♯ B Stimmung

! Anmerkung zur Corona Lage:

Now something rare and cool again – not often made, not often seen, a must have in the collection! A Höfner 188 Baritone electric guitar in beautiful vinyl red. Equipped with the fantastic sounding Höfner Franz Pix Nova Sonic 511 Staple Pickups and equipped with new Pyramid Flatwound Baritone strings. She can only go because it is not solid red, otherwise it would stay with me.
The 188 is from 1964! Accordingly it has signs of use! Despite the age there are still traces of use on vinyl, hardware and plastic. The vinyl is in very good condition – nowhere torn and is almost everywhere. On the back there is a small spot where the vinyl has a hole – should be clearly visible in the pictures. The binding is also all around the body and has no damage except one glued spot on the upperside. The rare celuloid pickguard has signs of wear and tear, but is still in great condition and is free of cracks. The lettering on the pickguard is still partly legible. The pickups are in their original condition. All pickups work, as well as every switch and potentiometer. The electronics are original. The frets still have good material and a refret is not yet necessary. The neck is straight and plays like a dream.
I gave the 188 a major overhaul. The lacquer was cleaned, disinfected and polished up by me. The vibrato was completely dismantled, cleaned, prepared and re-lubricated by me. Runs nice and smooth. Mechanisms have been dismantled, cleaned, polished and re-lubricated. All electrics treated, cleaned, checked and grounded controlled. The neck adjusted for a great action. Fretboard and frets dressed, cleaned, treated, oiled and sanded. The 188 is ocatve clean and setuped for a B E A D F♯ B tuning
