Zur Abgabe kommt dieser wunderschöne Höfner 500/1 Violin Bass aus dem Jahre 1966 mit den berühmte Höfner Franz Pix 511B Staple „Nova Sonic“ Tonabnehmer, wie Sie auch dieser eine berühmte Musiker auf seinem Bass hat, weswegen sehr sehr viele Musiker so einen Bass haben möchten. Der 500/1 hat von mir eine vollständige Restaurierung inklusive Neck-Reset bekommen, dabei wurde auch die Rückseite in Nitro neulackiert, da hier in der Vergangenheit einmal der Lack entfernt wurde.
Der 500/1 ist von 1966! Entsprechend hat Er Gebrauchsspuren! Es finden sich Macken, Dings und Dongs, Kratzer und Risse an Headstock, Body und den Teilen. Die Risse auf der Vorderseite sind solide und lediglich Spannungsrisse im Lack, wie Sie in dem Alter üblich sind. Die Neulackierung auf der Rückseite wirkt auf den Bildern etwas dunkler, als Sie es in der Realität ist. Entsprechend der Abnutzungen des Bass, hab ich der Lackierung eine künstliche Alterung verpasst. Der Hals wurde ebenfalls neulackiert in Nitro Schwarz und das Headstockveneer gegen ein neues aus Celluloid getauscht. Das Schlagbrett ist eine authentische Replika gefertigt von mir. Hergestellt aus echtem Celluloiud, wie es damals auch verwendet wurde, kopiert von einem original Schlagbrett. Alle Tonabnehmer funktionieren, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. Der Bass hat von mir einen Neck-Reset mit Hautleim bekommen und hat nun wieder den korrekten Halswinkel mit einer herrlich schönen flachen Saitenlage. Aufgezogen sind extra angefertigte Pyramid Vintage 63 Flatwound Saiten, mit einer angepassten schwarzen Umspinnung. Aufgrund der ganzen Reparaturen, eure Chance einen echten 500/1 zu einem guten Kurs zu bekommen 🙂
Der Violin Bass hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Der Lack wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden zerlegt, gereinigt, poliert und neu geschmiert sowie jede einzelne Schraube. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt und auf Erdung geprüft. Jedes einzelne Bauteil zerlegt, überprüft, gereinigt und aufpoliert. Der Hals eingestellt für eine super Saitenlage, Griffbrett gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und Geschliffen. Keine Neubundierung erforderlich. Der 500/1 ist Bundrein und eingestellt.
Kommt ohne Case, wird aber sehr sicher verpackt. Ein neues Case kann bei mir im Shop erworben werden

Generelle Information:
Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Vintage Instrument. Die Zustand Beschreibung entspricht dieser, wenn Ihr zu mir in den Laden kommt und das Instrument direkt mitnehmen würdet. Durch die Temperaturgradiente beim Versand mit Luftfracht, kann es zu Änderungen am Zustand des Instrumentes kommen. z.B. Celluloid Schlagbretter könnten reißen oder schrumpfen durch die Spannung. Ebenfalls könnten Tonabnehmer durch die Draht Ausdehnung und Schrumpfung Ihre Funktion durch lösen der Lotstellen verlieren. Ich bin bei Reklamationen sehr entgegenkommend, aber bitte beachtet dieses und erwartet bitte kein Neuinstrument.

Up for sale is this beautiful Höfner 500/1 Violin Bass from 1966 with the famous Höfner Franz Pix 511B Staple „Nova Sonic“ pickups, like the one this famous musician has on his bass, which is why many musicians want a bass like this. I gave the 500/1 a complete restoration including a neck reset, and the back was also repainted in nitro as the paint had been removed here in the past.
The 500/1 is from 1966! Accordingly, it has signs of wear! There are quirks, dings and dongs, scratches and cracks on the headstock, body and the parts. The cracks on the front are solid and are just stress cracks in the paint, as is common at this age. The repainting on the back appears a little darker in the pictures than it is in reality. In keeping with the wear and tear on the bass, I gave the paint an artificial aging treatment. The neck was also repainted in Nitro Black and the headstock veneer was replaced with a new one made of celluloid. The pickguard is an authentic replica made by me. Made from real Celluloid as used back then, copied from an original pickguard. All pickups work, as well as every switch and potentiometer. I gave the bass a neck reset with hide glue and now has the correct neck angle again with a wonderfully flat string position. Specially made Pyramid Vintage 63 flatwound strings are fitted with an adapted black winding. Because of all the repairs, your chance to get a real 500/1 at a good rate 🙂
I gave the violin bass a comprehensive overhaul. I thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and polished the paintwork. Mechanics were disassembled, cleaned, polished and re-lubricated as well as every single screw. All electrical system treated, cleaned and checked for grounding. Every single component is disassembled, checked, cleaned and polished. The neck is adjusted for great string action, the fingerboard is cleaned, treated, oiled and sanded. No rebundling required. The 500/1 is clean and adjusted.
Comes without Case, but will be packed safety! If you want a case you can buy one separately in my shop

Information:
It is a vintage instrument. The condition description corresponds to this when you come to me in the shop and would take the instrument directly with you. The temperature gradient when shipping with air freight can lead to changes in the condition of the instrument. e.g. Celluloid pickguard could tear or shrink due to tension. Likewise, pickups due to the wire expansion and shrinkage could lose their function by loosening the solder points. I am very accommodating with complaints, but please note this and do not expect a new instrument.
Please look closely at the pictures and ask as many questions as possible if something is unclear. Prefer a few more questions than to have the surprise afterwards. The shipment is securely packed.
