Mal wieder etwas schönes und ein absoluter optischer Blickfang – Eine Höfner 175 in solid Rot – Ich liebe ja rote Höfner, dieses Rot was da damals eingesetzt wurde ist einfach der Wahnsinn, stechend und knallig schön in Verbindung mit dem schwarzen Celluloid Pickguard und der vernickelter Hardware. Ich liebe Sie einfach. Habe bereits schon eine rote 175, daher darf diese schöne 175 weitergehen zu einem neuen Besitzer.
Die 175 ist von 1963! Es finden sich trotz des Alters dennoch Gebrauchsspuren auf Lack, Hardware und Kunststoff. Der Lack ist trotz dem Alter in einem guten Zustand und glänzt sehr schön nach der Restaurierung und ist überzogen mit einigen kleinen Rissen. Das Celuloid Schlagbrett hat einen sehr schönen Tiefen Schwarzen Glanz und ist Riss- und Bruchfrei. Eine Spule des Halstonabnehmers wurde von mir neugewickelt. Von mir gewickelte Tonabnehmer sind authentisch. Ich verwende den gleichen Draht-Typ; dasselbe Tape und Kreppmaterial; die gleiche Windungsrichtung; selbe Windungsanzahl; gleiche Zusammenbautechnik – Es gibt keinen hörbaren Unterschied zu einem Original. Alle Tonabnehmer funktionieren, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. Der Hals ist gerade, wurde abgerichtet und ist eingestellt.
Die 175 hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Der Lack wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden zerlegt, gereinigt, poliert und neu geschmiert. Vibrato zerlegt, aufbereitet und neu geschmiert. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt, geprüft und auf Erdung kontrolliert. Der Hals eingestellt für eine super Saitenlage. Griffbrett und Bünde abgerichtet, gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und Geschliffen. Die 175 ist Bundrein und eingestellt und spielt sicher herrlich schön mit den aufgezogenen Pyramid Nickel Roundwound Saiten bei einer sehr flachen Saitenlage

Something nice again and an absolute eye-catcher for sale – A Höfner 175 in solid red – I love red Höfner, this red that was used back the days is just amazing, piercing and brightly beautiful in combination with the black celluloid pickguard and the nickel-plated hardware . I love it! I have already one in red so this beautiful 175 can go to a new owner
The 175 is from 1963! Despite the age, there are still signs of wear on the paint, hardware and plastic. The paint is in good condition despite its age and has a very nice shine after the restoration and is covered with some small cracks. The celuloid pickguard has a very nice deep black sheen and has no damage. One coil of the neck pickup is rewound by me. Pickups I have rewound are authentic. I use the same type of wire; the same tape and crepe material; the same direction of winding; same number of turns; Same assembly technique – there is no audible difference to an original. All pickups work, as well as every switch and potentiometer. The neck is straight, dressed and set up.
I gave the 175 a major overhaul. The lacquer was cleaned, disinfected and polished up by me. The vibrato was completely dismantled, cleaned, prepared and re-lubricated by me. Runs nice and smooth. Mechanisms have been dismantled, cleaned, polished and re-lubricated. All electrics treated, cleaned, checked and grounded controlled. The neck adjusted for a great action. Fretboard and frets dressed, cleaned, treated, oiled and sanded. The 175 is ocatve clean and setuped and plays beautiful with the strung on Pyramid Nickel classics strings
