Zur Abgabe kommt eine wunderschön gut erhaltene Höfner 175 aus dem Jahre 1963. Bestückt mit den berühmten Franz Pix 511 Nova Sonic Pickups, liefert diese 175 einen schönen drückenden Rock n Roll Sound. Schönes Transitional Model mit altem Vibrato & Brücke und neueren Hals.
Die 175 ist von 1963! Entsprechend hat Sie Gebrauchsspuren! Es finden sich trotz des Alters dennoch Gebrauchsspuren auf Vinyl, Lack, Hardware und Kunststoff. Das Vinyl ist in einem super Zustand – Nirgends gerissen und liegt überall an. Altersbedingt ist das Weiß vergilbt und hat einen Creme Touch. Das Binding liegt ringsherum am Korpus an und ist frei von Beschädigungen. Das schwarze Celluloid Schlagbrett hat Abnutzungen und Gebrauchsspuren, ist aber noch gut erhalten und ist Rissfrei. Die Beschriftung auf dem Schlagbrett ist teilweise noch gut leserlich. 2 von 6 Spulen der Tonabnehmer wurden von mir neu gewickelt. Von mir gewickelte Tonabnehmer sind authentisch. Ich verwende den gleichen Draht-Typ; dasselbe Tape und Kreppmaterial; die gleiche Windungsrichtung; selbe Windungsanzahl; gleiche Zusammenbautechnik – Es gibt keinen hörbaren Unterschied zu einem Original. Alle Tonabnehmer funktionieren, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. . Die Elektronik ist ebenfalls Original. Die 175 wurde von mir mit Wagner Bunddraht neubundiert und erlaubt jetzt eine unglaublich gute Saitenlage und tolles Spielgefühl. Der Hals ist gerade und nicht verzogen!
Die 175 hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Das Vinyl wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden zerlegt, gereinigt, poliert und neu geschmiert. Vibrato zerlegt, aufbereitet und neu geschmiert. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt, geprüft und auf Erdung kontrolliert. Der Hals eingestellt für eine super Saitenlage. Griffbrett und Bünde abgerichtet, gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und Geschliffen. Die 175 ist Bundrein und eingestellt und spielt sicher herrlich schön mit den aufgezogenen Pyramid Saiten

A beautifully preserved Höfner 175 from 1963 is available for sale. Equipped with the famous Franz Pix 511 Nova Sonic pickups, this 175 delivers a nice, powerful rock n roll sound. Nice transitional model with old vibrato & bridge and newer neck.
The 175 is from 1963! Accordingly, it has signs of use! Despite the age, there are still signs of wear on the vinyl, lacquer, hardware and plastic. The vinyl is in great condition – no tears anywhere and fits everywhere. Due to age, the white has yellowed and has a cream touch. The binding is all around the body and is free of damage. The black celluloid pickguard has signs of wear and tear, but is still in good condition and has no cracks. The lettering on the pickguard is partially still legible. 2 of 6 coils from the pickups was rewound by me. Pickups I have rewound are authentic. I use the same type of wire; the same tape and crepe material; the same direction of winding; same number of turns; Same assembly technique – there is no audible difference to an original. All pickups work, as well as every switch and potentiometer. The 175 was re-fretted by me with Wagner fret wire and now allows an great good string action and great playing feel. The neck is straight and not twisted!
I gave the 175 a major overhaul. The lacquer and vinyl was cleaned, disinfected and polished up by me. The vibrato was completely dismantled, cleaned, prepared and re-lubricated by me. Runs nice and smooth. Mechanisms have been dismantled, cleaned, polished and re-lubricated. All electrics treated, cleaned, checked and grounded controlled. The neck adjusted for a great action. Fretboard and frets dressed, cleaned, treated, oiled and sanded. The 175 is ocatve clean and setuped and plays beautiful with the strung on Pyramid Nickel classics strings
