Zur Abgabe kommt ein wunderschöner 1963 Höfner 182 shortscale bass in Vinyl Rot! Ausgestattet mit den begehrten Franz Pix 510b Diamond Pickups, die es so als Neuaflage nicht mehr gibt. Der Bass ist aufgrund einer Konfiguration sehr interessant, da er ein 1962 Modell ist, aber 1963 Potcodes hat. Daher kann man spekulieren ob der Bass erst sehr spät bei Höfner rausging, da es zu der Zeit schon die Modelle mit den Staple Pickups gab oder der Bass damals zurückgehalten wurde. Das Control-Panel ist aufjedenfall 100% original zugehörig zu dem Bass.
Der 182 ist von 1963! Es finden sich trotz des Alters dennoch Gebrauchsspuren auf Vinyl, Hardware und Kunststoff. Das rote Vinyl ist in einem sehr guten Zustand – Nirgends gerissen und liegt auch überall sauber an – Altersbedingt ist er aber geschrumpft. Ich habe so gut es ging das Vinyl wieder repariert und es an die Ursprüngliche Stelle platziert. Das Binding liegt ebenfalls ringsherum am Korpus an, ist aber ebenfalls altersbedingt etwas geschrumpft. Der klarlackierte Nitrolack des Halses ist dem alter entsprechend ebenfalls in einem Super Zustand und hat einen schönen Glanz versehrt mit vielen feinen Rissen. Das Celuloid Schlagbrett ist Rissfrei und hat einen sehr schönen Tiefen Schwarzen Glanz. Das Control-Panel ist in einem Traumhaft schönen Zustand und die Beschriftung ist noch sehr gut leserlich. Drei Spulen der Tonabnehmer wurden von mir neu gewickelt. Von mir gewickelte Tonabnehmer sind authentisch. Ich verwende den gleichen Draht-Typ; dasselbe Tape und Kreppmaterial; die gleiche Windungsrichtung; selbe Windungsanzahl; gleiche Zusammenbautechnik – Es gibt keinen hörbaren Unterschied zu einem Original. Alle Tonabnehmer funktionieren, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. Die Elektronik ist Original. Der Hals ist gerade, die Bünde im super Zustand und abgerichtet!
Der 182 hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Das Vinyl wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden gereinigt und neu geschmiert. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt, geprüft und auf Erdung kontrolliert. Der Hals eingestellt für eine super flache Saitenlage. Griffbrett und Bünde gesäubert, abgerichtet, poliert, behandelt, geölt. Der 182 ist Bundrein und eingestellt.

Generelle Information:
Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Vintage Instrument. Die Zustand Beschreibung entspricht dieser, wenn Ihr zu mir in den Laden kommt und das Instrument direkt mitnehmen würdet. Durch die Temperaturgradiente beim Versand mit Luftfracht, kann es zu Änderungen am Zustand des Instrumentes kommen. z.B. Celluloid Schlagbretter könnten reißen oder schrumpfen durch die Spannung. Ebenfalls könnten Tonabnehmer durch die Draht Ausdehnung und Schrumpfung Ihre Funktion durch lösen der Lotstellen verlieren. Ich bin bei Reklamationen sehr entgegenkommend, aber bitte beachtet dieses und erwartet bitte kein Neuinstrument.
! Anmerkung zur Corona Lage:
Pakete werden weiterhin ausgeliefert und die Logistik funktioniert weiterhin wie gewohnt. Ich versende umgehend nach Zahlungseingang und der Bass wird sehr gut verpackt. Es kann aufgrund der jeweiligen Bestimmungen in den Ländern zu Verzögerungen bei der Zustellung kommen. Up for sale is a beautiful 1963 Höfner 182 shortscale bass in vinyl red! Equipped with the coveted Franz Pix 510b Diamond pickups, which are no longer available new in this version. The bass is very interesting because of his configuration as it is a 1962 model but has 1963 potcodes. Therefore, one can speculate whether the bass came out from Höfner very late, since the models with the staple pickups were already available at the time or the bass was held back at that time. In any case, the control panel is 100% original and belongs to the bass.
The 182 is from 1963! Despite the age, there are still signs of wear on the vinyl, hardware and plastic. The red vinyl is in very good condition – has not been torn anywhere and is also clean everywhere – but it has shrunk due to age. I repaired the vinyl as best I could and put it back in its original place. The binding is also all around the body, but has also shrunk a bit due to age. The clear lacquered nitro lacquer of the neck is also in excellent condition according to its age and has a beautiful shine with many fine lacquer cracks. The celuloid pickguard is crack-free and has a very nice deep black gloss. The control panel is in fantastically beautiful condition and the labeling is still very legible. Three coils of the pickups was rewound by me. Pickups I have rewound are authentic. I use the same type of wire; the same tape and crepe material; the same direction of winding; same number of turns; Same assembly technique – there is no audible difference to an original. All pickups work, as well as every switch and potentiometer. The neck is straight, dressed and set up.
The 182 got a major overhaul from me. The vinyl was thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and polished by me. Mechanics have been cleaned and re-lubricated. All electrical treated, cleaned, tested and checked for grounding. The neck adjusted for a super low string position. Fingerboard and frets cleaned, dressed, polished, treated, oiled. The 182 is octave clean and setuped.
The bass is ready to roll!
Information:
It is a vintage instrument. The condition description corresponds to this when you come to me in the shop and would take the instrument directly with you. The temperature gradient when shipping with air freight can lead to changes in the condition of the instrument. e.g. Celluloid pickguard could tear or shrink due to tension. Likewise, pickups due to the wire expansion and shrinkage could lose their function by loosening the solder points. I am very accommodating with complaints, but please note this and do not expect a new instrument.
