Ein schöner 182 Höfner Shortscale Bass von 1964 im schönen Weiß/Schwarz Vinyl. Drückender dicker sound aus den 60er, eine Meisterleistung von Höfner seinerseits.
Der Bass hat die berühmten Staple Bar Pickups eingebaut – dieselben die auch im 500/1 Violin Bass von McCartney verbaut waren/sind.
Der Bass ist von 1964! Entsprechend hat er Gebrauchsspuren! Jedoch steht er für sein Alter sehr gut da! Das Vinyl ist im sehr guten Zustand, ebenso der schwarze Keder ringsherum. Das Schlagbrett ist ohne Brüche und hat noch einen wundervollen Glanz. Die beiden Staple Bar Tonabnehmer funktionieren, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti.
Der Bass hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Mechaniken wurden gereinigt und neu geschmiert. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt. Der Hals eingestellt für eine sehr gute flache Saitenlage. Der Hals ist Kerzengerade und sehr stabil, benötigt fast keinen Trussrod-Anzug, hier kam gutes Holz zum Einsatz! Griffbrett und Bünde gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und Geschliffen. Das Vinyl wurde gereinigt, poliert und desinfiziert. Der Bass ist komplett original!
Bessere Bilder folgen, wenn es aufgehört hat draußen zu regnen. Aber eigentlich sollten die Bilder schon alles sagen, dass der Bass im Gesamterscheinungsbild sehr gut da steht

The bass hast he famous Staple Bar Pickup. The same that are used in the 500/1 Violin Bass and the same type that Paul McCartney used in his violin bass
The bass is from 1964! Accordingly, he has signs of wear! However, it looks very good for its age! The vinyl is in very good condition also the black binding all around. The pickguard is without breaks and has a wonderful shine.. Both Staple Bar pickups work, as well as each switch and potentiometer.
The bass has received a comprehensive overhaul from me. The tuners were cleaned and re-lubricated. Total electrics treated. The neck set for a very good low string action. The neck is straight and needs nearly no trussrod adjustment – here was very good wood used! Fingerboard and frets cleaned, treated, oiled and polished. The vinyl was cleaned, polished and disinfected. The bass is complete original!
The guitar is ready to Rock n Roll! Better pictures will come when it stops rainig outside. However the pictures here should be enough to show you the good complete state of this beauty bass
