Zur Abgabe kommt dieser wunderschöne Höfner 185 Bass mit den toll klingenden Franz Pix 511 Nova Super Pickups aus dem Jahre 1964 in der schönen Weiß/Schwarz Vinyl Ausführung.
Der 185 ist von 1964! Entsprechend hat Er Gebrauchsspuren! Es finden sich Macken, Dings und Dongs, Kratzer und Risse an Headstock, Body und den Teilen. Das Vinyl ist trotz dem Alter in einem sehr guten Zustand glänzt sehr schön. Das Weiß ist altersbedingt stellenweise ins Creme vergilbt. Der Keder ringsherum ist ebenfalls super erhalten und liegt überall schön an. Das Vinyl ist auch nicht geschrumpft und es schaut auch fast nirgendwo Holz durch. Das Schlagbrett hat ebenfalls einige Kratzer und Abnutzungen, glänzt aber noch sehr schön. Die Beschriftung auf dem Schlagbrett ist noch sehr gut leserlich. Beide Tonabnehmer funktionieren und sind im original Zustand, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. Die Elektronik ist Original. Der Hals ist gerade, abgerichtet und eingestellt.
Der 185 hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Das Vinyl wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden gereinigt, poliert und neu geschmiert. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt und geprüft. Der Hals eingestellt für eine super Saitenlage. Griffbrett und Bünde abgerichtet, gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und Geschliffen. Keine Neubundierung erforderlich. Der 185 ist Bundrein und eingestellt.

Up for sale is this beautiful Höfner 185 Bass with the great sounding Franz Pix 511 Nova Super Pickups from 1964 in beautiful White/Black vinyl.
The 185 is from 1964! Accordingly, it has signs of use! There are quirks, things and dongs, scratches and cracks on the headstock, body and parts. Despite its age, the vinyl is in very good condition and shines very nicely. The white has yellowed into cream in places due to age. The binding all around is also in great condition and fits nicely everywhere. The vinyl has not shrunk either and there is almost no wood showing through. The pickguard also has some scratches and wear, but still shines very nicely. Both pickups work and are in original state, as well as every switch and potentiometer. The electronics are original. The neck is straight, dressed, sanded and set up. No refret requiered.
I gave the 185 a major overhaul. The paint is cleaned, disinfected and polished up by me. Mechanisms have been cleaned, polished and re-lubricated. All electrics treated, cleaned and checked. The neck adjusted for a great action. Fretboard and frets cleaned, treated, oiled and sanded. The 185 is ocatve clean and setuped.
