Zur Abgabe kommt eine schöne Höfner 173 in White Vinyl mit dem berühmten Franz pix 510 Diamond Pickups aus dem Jahre 1964. Selten ist mehr, dass Sie komplett in Weiß Vinyl mit dem alten Vinyl Pattern ist und auch das alte Schlagbrett hat, welches gerne im Jahre 1962 verwendet wurde.
Die 173 ist von 1964! Entsprechend hat Sie Gebrauchsspuren! Es finden sich Macken, Dings und Dongs, Kratzer und Risse an Headstock und den Teilen. Das Vinyl ist noch sehr gut erhalten, liegt überall an und glänzt nach der Restaurierung wieder sehr schön. Altersbedingt ist das Vinyl über die Jahre vergilbt stellenweise. Der Keder ringsherum liegt auch noch gut an ist nirgends mittendrin gebrochen. Das Schlagbrett hat ebenfalls einige Kratzer und Abnutzungen. Die Beschriftung auf dem Schlagbrett ist stellenweise noch gut leserlich, zeigt aber Abnutzungen. Alle Tonabnehmer funktionieren, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. Der Steg Tonabnehmer wurde in der Vergangenheit einmal neu gewickelt. Die Elektronik ist Original. Der Hals wurde von mir neu mit Wagner Bunddraht neubundiert.
Die 173 hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Das Vinyl und Lack wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden zerlegt, gereinigt, poliert und neu geschmiert. Vibrato zerlegt, aufbereitet und neu geschmiert. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt, geprüft und auf Erdung kontrolliert. Der Hals eingestellt für eine super niedrige Saitenlage. Griffbrett und Bünde abgerichtet, gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und Geschliffen. Die 173 ist Bundrein und eingestellt.

Up for sale is this beautiful Höfner 173 in white vinyl with the famous Franz pix 510 diamond pickups from 1964. Rare that it she is completely in white vinyl both sided with the old vinyl pattern and also has the old pickguard, which is popular in the year Was used in 1962.
The 173 is from 1964! Accordingly she has signs of use! There are quirks, things and dongs, scratches and cracks on the headstock and the parts. The vinyl is still in very good condition; lies everywhere on at the body and shines very nicely after the restoration. The vinyl has yellowed over the years here and there. The binding all around is still tight and is not broken anywhere in the middle. The pickguard also has some scratches and scuffs. The lettering on the pickguard is still legible in places, but shows signs of wear. All pickups work, as well as every switch and potentiometer. The bridge pickup has been rewound once in the past. The electronics are original. The neck was refretted by me with Wagner fret wire.
I gave the 173 a major overhaul. The vinyl and lacuer was cleaned, disinfected and polished up by me. The vibrato was completely dismantled, cleaned, prepared and re-lubricated by me. Runs nice and smooth. Mechanisms have been dismantled, cleaned, polished and re-lubricated. All electrics treated, cleaned, checked and grounded controlled. The neck adjusted for a great action. Fretboard and frets dressed, cleaned, treated, oiled and sanded. The 176 is ocatve clean and setuped.
