Zur Abgabe kommt dieser wunderschöne Höfner 500/1 Violin Bass aus dem Jahre 1966 mit den berühmte Franz Pix Höfner Staple „Nova Sonic“ Tonabnehmer, wie Sie auch dieser eine berühmte Musiker auf seinem Bass hat, weswegen sehr sehr viele Musiker so einen Bass haben möchten. Der 500/1 hat von mir eine Neulackierung in Nitro bekommen, da der Vorbesitzer Ihn früher einmal komplett abgeschliffen hatte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist bei diesem Bass, eine kleine Seltenheit, das langgezogene Griffbrettende mit fehlendem Bund. Dies war tatsächlich so ab Werk und es gab vereinzelt in mehreren Jahren 500/1 Bässe mit diesem Merkmal.
Der 500/1 ist von 1966! Entsprechend hat Er Gebrauchsspuren! Es finden sich Macken, Dings und Dongs, Kratzer und Risse an Headstock, Body und den Teilen. Der Lack hat von mir nach der Neulackierung ein kleines Relic erhalten, so das er wieder zu der gebrauchten Hardware passt. Wurde aber trotzdem aufbereitet und glänzt sehr schön. Die Tonabnehmer sind im original Zustand. Alle Tonabnehmer funktionieren, sowie jeder Schalter und Drehpoti. Der Bass hat von mir einen Neck-Reset mit Hautleim bekommen und hat nun wieder den korrekten Halswinkel mit einer herrlich schönen flachen Saitenlage. Das Schlagbrett fehlt leider.
Der Violin Bass hat von mir eine umfassende Überholung bekommen. Der Lack wurde von mir umfassend gereinigt, desinfiziert und aufpoliert. Mechaniken wurden zerlegt, gereinigt, poliert und neu geschmiert sowie jede einzelne Schraube. Gesamte Elektrik behandelt, gereinigt und auf Erdung geprüft. Der Hals eingestellt für eine super Saitenlage, Griffbrett gesäubert, behandelt, geölt und Geschliffen. Keine Neubundierung erforderlich, es ist noch gut Bundmaterial vorhanden. Der 500/1 ist Bundrein und eingestellt.
Kommt ohne Case, wird aber sehr sicher verpackt. Ein neues Case kann bei mir im Shop erworben werden

Generelle Information:
Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Vintage Instrument. Die Zustand Beschreibung entspricht dieser, wenn Ihr zu mir in den Laden kommt und das Instrument direkt mitnehmen würdet. Durch die Temperaturgradiente beim Versand mit Luftfracht, kann es zu Änderungen am Zustand des Instrumentes kommen. z.B. Celluloid Schlagbretter könnten reißen oder schrumpfen durch die Spannung. Ebenfalls könnten Tonabnehmer durch die Draht Ausdehnung und Schrumpfung Ihre Funktion durch lösen der Lotstellen verlieren. Ich bin bei Reklamationen sehr entgegenkommend, aber bitte beachtet dieses und erwartet bitte kein Neuinstrument.

This beautiful Höfner 500/1 violin bass from 1965 is for sale with the famous Franz Pix Höfner Staple „Nova Sonic“ pickup, just like this one famous musician has on his bass, which is why so many musicians want to have such a bass . This is a 500/1 with a slightly darker burst finish, I personally find this the most beautiful and harmonizes wonderfully with the violin shape, especially this one here has a beautiful top and a great grain on the back. A small rarity on this bass is the elongated end of the fretboard with a missing fret. This was actually the case from the factory and there were a few 500/1 basses with this feature in several years.
The 500/1 is from 1965! Accordingly, it has signs of use! There are quirks, dings and dongs, scratches and cracks on the headstock, body and parts. The paint is covered with small fine cracks, dents and abrasions, but now has a wonderful deep shine again after the restoration. Pickups are stock, original and checked. All pickups work, as well as every switch and potentiometer. The bass got a neck reset from me with hide glue and now has the correct neck angle again with a wonderfully low string action. Unfortunately the pickguard is missing.
I gave the violin bass a major overhaul. The lacquer was cleaned, disinfected and polished up by me. Mechanisms have been disassembled, cleaned, polished and re-lubricated also every screw and part. All electrics treated, cleaned and checked for grounding. The neck adjusted for a great action, fretboard and frets cleaned, oiled and sanded. The 500/1 is ocatve clean and setuped.
Comes without Case, but will be packed safety! If you want a case you can buy one separately in my shop

Information:
It is a vintage instrument. The condition description corresponds to this when you come to me in the shop and would take the instrument directly with you. The temperature gradient when shipping with air freight can lead to changes in the condition of the instrument. e.g. Celluloid pickguard could tear or shrink due to tension. Likewise, pickups due to the wire expansion and shrinkage could lose their function by loosening the solder points. I am very accommodating with complaints, but please note this and do not expect a new instrument.
